Wedding Coordinators

All weddings held at St. Thomas More Parish or St. Veronica Chapel will be assigned a wedding coordinator who will assist the priest in preparing the church for the wedding rehearsal and on the wedding day.  Tasks include, but are not limited to:

• assisting and interacting with the wedding party and providing hospitality for all guests at the rehearsal and wedding day
• opening the church, setting up the altar, and working with the bridal party to prepare and practice for the wedding at the rehearsal.
•  assisting the bridal party on the wedding day.
• Ensuring all paperwork (license, certificate, etc.) is processed properly
